Kris is the man. This was my first time buying a home and he made it very easy. I was working with another realtor when I met Kris and was going through an experience where I felt as if I was being pushing into buying a house that I really didn’t want. That’s when I met Kris and I asked him some questions about things I was being told but didn’t understand and he was surprised that another agent wouldn’t try to educate their client along the way. I ended up switching agents to Kris and over the next 4/5 months we began looking for a house the fit my needs within my budget. Eventually we found one and now here we are. Cristian was amazing from beginning to end. He met my entire family, and was so kind and warm and he not only helped us find our dream home but we have forged a lasting friendship. We were looking in the central Florida area but not ready to purchase for upwards of 6-8 months. He was patient and understood that it would take time and he stayed in constant contact, showed us the areas when we came to Florida, showed us homes even though we weren’t ready and was always available to answer tons of questions. When it was time to move forward he was ready, fully engaged and extremely knowledgeable of all the areas, knew exactly what we wanted, and was always professional. We looked at many homes and he was just as excited as us when we finally found our dream home! He went above and beyond what any realtor would do and he ensured our process was smooth and efficient. Nice person. Great communication. Healthy response time. He looked at my potential property several times for me and took a few videos on different occasions. He's very helpful. Kris is all the things we were looking for, our ultimate realtor! He went over and above to find us our home in Florida. Coming from California, navigating the real estate process from across the country can be a daunting and difficult task. To add in the recent hurdles you have to jump through - hurricane weather, high interest rates, and tight buyer competition - you can’t avoid having second thoughts. But Kris did not give up!
