Funding a home was a bit of a struggle, I had another experience with another realtor previous to meeting Cristian and it wasn't pleasant to say the least, we were under contract and I almost lost my escrow, but once I found Cristian, all the process was great, the home had a lot of work to do, and desling with the sellers was a lot easier with him on my side, will always recommend him

Comprar casa da más estrés que discutir con ex novia tóxica… pero Cristian de verdad hizo que todo el proceso se sintiera mucho más suave. Siempre estaba pendiente, contestando rápido, resolviendo problemas y manteniéndome calmado cuando ya yo estaba haciendo películas en mi cabeza pensando que algo iba a salir mal. El hombre tiene paciencia de santo, porque entre bancos, papeles y preguntas mías, nunca perdió la calma. Lo más que me gustó fue que habló claro desde el principio, sin vender humo ni meter presión. Se nota que le importa ayudar a la gente y no solamente cerrar un deal y desaparecer. Y un consejo: ni le pregunten por placas solares… porque ese hombre puede estar horas hablando de cómo te ahorran dinero, ayudan al planeta y prácticamente se va de largo convierte en reina ambiental 🌎 Si buscan un realtor responsable, profesional y que no los deje en visto cuando las cosas se ponen calientes en el proceso… Cristian es el duro 💯🏡 también llévenlo a Pisco a comer que le encanta que le den anticucho.
