I have bought and sold many homes over the years. KC is the best Real Estate Agent I have worked with and, from my experiences with her (2 so far) I cant think of anything she could have done better. She is all in for what ever your goal is. She uses every tool and resource she has available (which is a lot) to properly market your home for sale or find you a home to purchase. When selling your home she has a professional photographer take pictures which makes a world of difference for the listing images on-line. She always answers her phone or calls right away if she is unavailable. She keeps you up to date day by day and sometimes hour by hour on what is happening with your process. And most of all, she knows how to negotiate. For a realtor there isn't much difference in a $260,000 sale or a $270,000 sale. But, KC knows that extra $10,000 is important to her client and will negotiate her best to get it for them. I love that! :)

During walking through houses, she picked up our taste quickly and kept refining the list. The negotiation went smoothly even though the sellers were on the other side of the globe. She also provided lots of help in finding trustworthy contractors and handymen to work on various things around the house, even after closing until this day.
