KC made my first time selling a home easy. She was informative about the market and similar listings, communicative, with frequent check-ins via text, call or email (whatever worked best for me), and got me an amazing price in a saturated market. I had a tenant for a while and she collaborated with my property manager while working on showings, even when showings were sometimes challenging to schedule around the tenant's workday. I wouldn't want to work with anyone else in Gainesville to buy or sell.

This was my first time working with them. We started working during a very turbulent period when the housing prices were going up like crazy and you cannot score one without bidding. We liked and won this war 3 times however for 2 of them we had to back out.. I was amazed how they were very friendly and honest with the entire procedure, there's a lot to learn from their professionalism. They were always available to show any listings that I mentioned and even set me up with an auto alert so we don't miss any interesting deals. Finally after months of trying, we went into contract on this one and it seemed that this would be a great one and it was fitting all bills. This was my first time buying a home with a mortgage and I am not sure if I could've done this job this seamlessly. I had to be out of town and could come back only on the day of closing but they were always working on the back with lenders, title company, HOI, HOA etc etc. Thank you so much KC and Rob for all the hard work you did on my behalf to enable me close this beautiful condo. I would love to work with you two in the near future.

The team of KC Harder and Rob Harder is the best realtor team I have worked with. They are extremely professional, flexible, understanding and yet know quite well how to close deals. This was my second time working with them in the same year. Even after I got the first one with them only, they were never reluctant to show me new properties, and some even multiple times. They shared honest reviews about them and never hesitated to point red flags despite knowing that they dont get paid anything if a deal is not closed. When we went into contract for this one, they helped me a lot in terms of my timeline, what all insurance, documents we need and I cannot thank hem enough for doing all these. I love working with people who respond as that is my nature as well. There were a couple of situation for this purchase where KC and Rob find a way to work with lender and their requirements seamlessly. They have many different contacts in the city of Gainesville that they help their clients with and sometimes even actively connect them on the clients behalf. We closed this deal in a span of 20 days that includes a long holiday break of thanksgiving and I was real stressed if everything will be smooth but they ensured they kept working even during the holidays to have everything in line to close right after the long weekend break. And finally, I am very grateful for the nice message and a token gift card they have given me at the table of closing. A great experience altogether and looking forward to have them again.
