Aimee was amazing. The home buying process can be somewhat overwhelming at times, but Aimee was there for us whenever needed. Sometimes going line by line when the situation called for it. Aimee devoted her time to filter through and show us multiple listings on plenty of occasions. She took the time and care necessary to make first time buyers feel comfortable on the passage to homeownership. Working with Aimee was great! She made everything easy and stress-free. Aimee was quick to make calls to the HOA or the city if there was ever any confusion about the properties that needed to be cleared up. She handled all of the logistics of scheduling tours and her schedule was incredibly flexible. While looking at properties she would always provide useful feedback and insight but I never felt like she was trying to persuade me in making a decision. When I eventually put in an offer on a condo she did a fantastic job of negotiating and got my offer accepted for under list price. During the closing process, she was very knowledgeable about items that came up during the inspection and negotiated to have the majority of my closing costs paid for. I was so lucky to have her as my agent and could not recommend her strongly enough!

There is not another agent in Colorado I would use for my next purchase. Aimee was organized, efficient, and aggressive when needed helping me lock down this home. I cannot say enough about Leslie and how incredibly thorough, knowledgeable and professional she is. We actually hired Leslie after listing with a different agent who handled things so poorly that we were afraid we’d never sell the house. To make matters more complicated, we had already moved out of state. Leslie stepped up and took care of every last detail, got us a super solid practically full price offer, and was just two steps ahead of everyone and every thing the entire transaction. We’ve bought and sold multiple houses in 3 different states and have never had an agent who made us feel so well taken care of it. I’ve been ruined for ever working with another agent! Leslie is a great realtor. She is extremely knowledgeable about the Denver housing market and can navigate the buyer or seller through any issues stemming from inspections or objections. She has a network of contractors that we have used for quotes and repairs. She herself was a contractor and can give you great advice and ballpark cost estimates while you are considering a home. She is thorough and will walk you through every step of the process. She is hardworking and will always be the support you need by your side during a huge purchase like a home. I have contacted her years after the home sale asking for advice and looking for references and she is always available to help. I would never buy or sell a home without her.

This is the second house I have bought through Aimee and the first experience was just as good as the second. Aimee is so patient throughout the process. She listens to what you want to acts upon it to find you your best fit. She educates you from the start to the finish with always your best interest. When things need to get done, she is very prompt at doing so and also making sure you stay on task with your own deadlines. She is willing to go above and beyond throughout the entire process and for that, I would use her a millions times over. I can not wait to purchase another property with Aimee!!
