Chris, When I first met Chris I invited to my home to give me his professional views on what I need to do to prepare my home for sale. I really received a great feeling from Chris Two months later I called Chris to get his professional views on selling my father's home. We did as Chris advertised. Chris listed the home and sold it the FIRST DAY it was listed. WOW! We're working on preparing our home, so Chris can sell it. Chris is, pleasant, professional, competent, EXCELLENT to work with. I have been working with Gerald Merriwether since 2012, and this was my fourth transaction with him. Every experience has been great, but this one truly reminded me why I continue to trust him with such important milestones. This transaction came with a lot more challenges than usual. We were concerned about the appraisal, especially since I was selling one of the highest-priced homes in the neighborhood, but Gerald handled everything with confidence, professionalism, and patience. Even under pressure, he never made the process feel stressful or overwhelming. He also went above and beyond with his staging business, working alongside his son, Jaquez Merriwether, and his business partner, Sal. The staging and presentation of the home were phenomenal and made such a huge difference. From listing, staging, marketing, negotiating, and staying on top of every detail, the work was excellent from top to bottom. I also had a great experience on the financing side working with James Gay, who did an amazing job as well. Everyone involved worked together seamlessly, and everything happened on schedule as planned, even when we expected possible delays or challenges. I truly cannot say enough good things about Gerald. He is professional, knowledgeable, dependable, and works extremely well under pressure. I never felt like I had to worry because he was always two steps ahead.
