Best Realtor in Ocala
Five years ago, Bert Meadows was my realtor when I purchased my first house, and he became my realtor selling my home. You have many realtors that will say what you want to hear, but action has more meaning than words. I call only one time Bert and the same that he made some time to see me. Bert is a dedicated person!!! He sold my house in weeks with a straightforward process. Fantastic experience!
Our agent that we had in Hampton, VA recommended Sherri for our house hunting here in Florida. Sherri was wonderful. She found several houses for us to see on day one of our adventure. She explained that we had to work fast and we were ready. We found a house on Zillow that we wanted to checked out. Sherri made the arrangements and that is the house we bought. Exceeded my expectations
I rented a piece of property that was being managed by Keller and Williams they were outstanding anytime anything went wrong or something needed to be fixed they were right on top of it getting whatever needed to be done taking care of immediately then we ended up buying the home that we were renting in and burnt took care of all the paperwork and necessary things we needed to close I would recommend him highly to anyone who is looking for real estate agent or even simply for good advice and honest advice he is very good very thorough very professional and I would recommend his team 100% Bonnie in the office was always amazing always helped us with whatever we needed and always took care of matters immediately like I said if you were looking for a real estate company that will go above and beyond your expectations Keller and Williams Bert Meadows team is the best and I will continue to recommend them over and over again

He really knows his market
In every deal we've done, he estimates things very closely to the way that the market makes them work out. He will also point out when something might be a losing proposition. I got to the point where I trust him to set the price points, and even jump in and grab an opportunity on my behalf. He's always diplomatic when brokering deals, too. He's the one we call!
