We are an older couple who haven't purchased a home in 40 years. Cheryl explained the (quite complicated to us) process, made recommendations when necessary and walked us through to whole transaction. She was always available to answer questions and explain the legalities necessary to accomplish the purchase. She researched every unit we visited so we would have up to date data to help us make our final decision We first told her what we were looking and she immediately sent us a list of available homes. She worked her schedule and arranged the showing based on our needs. In the morning we would call and request a showing and she would make arraignments for that afternoon.
