Nicholas helped us sell our house, and was very helpful with addressing any concerns we had. He would promptly provide us updates, provide contact information for vendors for repairs which were very affordable, and was willing to go the "extra mile" to help us through every stage of the process. On the purchasing end, he helped us to with several sales contracts that failed due to unusual circumstances. He kept our spirits high even with disappointing news and was willing to work with our complex schedule to accommodate showings. I would highly recommend Nicholas for anyone who is looking to purchase/sell a home and is looking for someone to be honest, resourceful and friendly.

Nicholas went out of his way to help us sell our home in Naples, FL. I took a job in Texas and he helped my wife with the cleaning and move himself. This was way above and beyond. We chose Nicolas because of his cheerful and positive outlook. He was able to help us stage the home and produced high quality literature that landed us the deal. Nicole and her partner Nick did a magnificent job for me in the sale of my condo. The circumstances were difficult due to a death, and they took their own time to go through things that were there to be sure I got what I needed to get out. I recommend them highly, as highly as possible to anybody looking for personal service and total commitment to the purchase or sale of a property. I can’t speak highly enough of them.
