She is genuinely one of the kindest, most thoughtful professionals we’ve ever worked with and was truly the reason we were able find and purchase our dream home and short-term rental. From the beginning, Kristi took the time to understand what we were looking for, including our budget and goals for a property that could double as a successful rental. She showed us a wide variety of homes, helping us understand the areas and market. She was especially knowledgeable about HOAs and made sure to include options with low or no fees, exactly as we requested. Kristi is incredibly organized. Every time we toured homes, she had a clear plan and provided an easy-to-follow info sheet for each property in the order we visited them. Kristi is not only an amazing agent, she is an amazing human being. Our home went through flawlessly because of her. The home we bought was left unclean, she brought out her own personal cleaning stuff and helped us clean up! She helped and got her hands dirty in ways I never excepted of an agent.
