We were randomly assigned to Brenden through the Trulia website. He first met with us to view a home and help us put together an offer that night. While our offer wasn't accepted, it marked the beginning of a wonderful professional partnership that my wife and I began with Brenden. He spent the next 3 weeks dropping everything to show us houses we were interested in. He used his expertise on home maintenance to advise us of potential future costs and work required to maintain certain aspects of each home. He has an eye for faulty materials and shoddy contract work and was very prompt in responding to every question we had. Once we finally found our future home and had our offer accepted, Brenden worked around the clock to ensure our current home was ready to list for sale. We had a tight turnaround window of 15 days to be in contract and after dozens of showings and an open house we were able to sell our home for more than we could ever imagine. Brenden took every chance he had to go above and beyond including trimming trees at our new property, and dozens of other small projects at our old location. Simply put, we are forever grateful that we met Brenden by chance and he made the entire process of buying and selling as worry-free as possible. I don't plan on moving again, but if I did, Brenden would be my first, second and third call.
