Jim McQuade and his associates are very professional and compassionate people, that deliver their services above and beyond. My father and I worked with Jim McQuade this summer to sell his marital home following a messy divorce with an even more tedious divorce agreement involving the sale of the home. My father had no longer lived in the state of FL at the time and furthermore had suffered a traumatic brain injury during the process of this transaction. McQuade was very patient with us during this difficult and complicated time for our family. He did very well to quell the concerns of all parties involved, some of whom did not give him an easy time. He closed the transaction very neatly and professionally and within a very reasonable time considering all of the circumstances. We are very grateful to McQuade and his team and would highly recommend him.

My husband and I have had the privilege of working with Jim McQuade as our realtor. There are not enough words to even express how amazing he is. There are few true professionals left in this world, but Jim is one of them. From the moment we signed on with him, we knew we were in excellent hands. He is extremely detailed and does not miss a trick. He does what he says he is going to do, does not merely use lip service. He follows through with everything. We had run into a nightmare with the rental company (Jeeves) who had been renting our house out as we were also trying to sell. Jim handled even the most complicated issues with ease. My husband and I always felt that he had our backs. The care we received from Jim was incredible. He returns phone calls immediately, is a CLASS ACT in whatever he says or does. Even down to the thank you card after the house sold with a packet of plant seeds just shows you the care he puts into everything. Our son died a month ago from a seizure and Jim and his beautiful family sent us a lovely plant and the most genuinely kind card. I literally cannot speak more highly of him. He sold our house and fought for us the entire way. Do yourself a very large favor and enlist in the help of Jim McQuade as your realtor. He is beyond the best realtor I have ever worked with. I had to revise this to add one more thing. After the sale of our home, we just received this absolutely beautiful deluxe custom charcuterie board engraved with our last name. I am speechless. Jim McQuade and the Magnus team are wonderful! Jim helped us every step of the way with selling our house. He met with us before we were ready to list it, to advise what should be done to make the house "show ready" (and what we didn't need to do!). Once the house was listed the Magnus team worked hard with marketing and showings, and Jim kept us informed about every offer and gave us great advice. Our house sold in about three weeks for the full asking price. We were very happy with everything and highly recommend Magnus!
