I was looking for a second, investment home in Orlando, when I found Jim. Living in my Miami, my knowledge of the Orlando market was meager. Just on the first talk, it was obvious the area I had selected was a mistake. Jim was impressively knowledgeable and steered me away from a potential bad investment. Subsequently, he helped me select a more ‘safe’ area (lower investment risk).
