•I can’t say enough about how grateful I am that I chose Alexa as my agent, not simply because she sold my house so quickly (which she did! And for well over asking price!), but because of all the help and support she provided with the more intangible aspects of moving. Having lived in the house for over 25 years, emptying it out and then preparing it to look its best was a daunting process, but Alexa was always able to help me break it down into manageable chunks. Moreover, the fact that she is so knowledgeable about the technical aspects of listing and closing and such, meant that I didn’t have to worry about any of those things. Finally, her pricing recommendations, and her creative strategies to generate interest in the house before it was even officially on the market, resulted in my receiving multiple offers above asking price within hours (literally) of the listing going live. Obviously, I can’t guarantee that your house would sell so quickly, but I can guarantee that Alexa will work tirelessly to make the process as painless as possible for you, and that she will always put your needs and wishes above all other concerns. She’s the best!

Well, on the morning my listing went 'live' (3 days before the scheduled open house), Alexa called to say that a strong offer was being prepared; by 1 PM that same day, the offer was in hand (at nearly 12% above asking price), the open house was cancelled, and my house was effectively sold. And all before the paint was dry. Literally. (The painters were still finishing up trim work.) Now, I can't guarantee that Alexa will sell your house in 4 hours, but I can guarantee that her strategies for pricing, staging, and generating pre-sale buzz through social media postings worked wonders in my case and likely would in your case, too. Alexa is truly the seller's agent, in the sense that you can rely on her to have your best interests, and only your best interests, in mind, and I never once questioned her judgment. I know that many people find the whole process of selling a home to be highly stressful, but Alexa made it easy for me to basically stay in the background while she took care of pretty much everything. You can rely on her advice, and you can count on her to make the process as stress-free as possible.
