Well, on the morning my listing went 'live' (3 days before the scheduled open house), Alexa called to say that a strong offer was being prepared; by 1 PM that same day, the offer was in hand (at nearly 12% above asking price), the open house was cancelled, and my house was effectively sold. And all before the paint was dry. Literally. (The painters were still finishing up trim work.)
