Alexa Lachman
Well, on the morning my listing went 'live' (3 days before the scheduled open house), Alexa called to say that a strong offer was being prepared; by 1 PM that same day, the offer was in hand (at nearly 12% above asking price), the open house was cancelled, and my house was effectively sold. And all before the paint was dry. Literally. (The painters were still finishing up trim work.) Now, I can't guarantee that Alexa will sell your house in 4 hours, but I can guarantee that her strategies for pricing, staging, and generating pre-sale buzz through social media postings worked wonders in my case and likely would in your case, too. Alexa is truly the seller's agent, in the sense that you can rely on her to have your best interests, and only your best interests, in mind, and I never once questioned her judgment. I know that many people find the whole process of selling a home to be highly stressful, but Alexa made it easy for me to basically stay in the background while she took care of pretty much everything. You can rely on her advice, and you can count on her to make the process as stress-free as possible.
