Debbie handled the sale of a property in Florida for a family that suffered the loss of an owner through two hurricanes and never lost stride. I was really lucky to have Kevin as my agent as he’s most knowledgeable when it comes to selling property remotely. I didn’t even know that it was possible until Kevin told me that it was. I am based in the UK and had a holiday home in Florida, which I couldn’t visit recently and wanted to sell. Kevin had all the knowledge on how it could be done without me going there and it all worked out just fine. He also did all the arrangements to fix the house to put it on the market and was always there to answer any questions. I recommend him hundred percent 👍

Kevin was very helpful and patient during our relocation to Florida. He worked hard to help us find the most perfect waterfront property on a budget we were comfortable.
