Linda Lee provided excellent support and guidance during my search for a condo in St. Pete Beach area. She was extremely friendly and patient as I explored numerous options. The financing and closing processes were complex due to the distance involved (I live on another state), but she guided me through all the intricate details and was sincerely interested in my wellbeing and satisfaction. She has continued to be a source of information even after the close. I recommend her completely.

Kevin was beyond everything we needed in a realtor!! My family is from Illinois, and we were buying our first home in Florida. We needed someone with advanced knowledge of the area, seeing as the state of Florida is so different than what we are used to in the Midwest. Kevin was exactly that. He listened to our ideas, wants, and questions. He showed us properties that we wished to see, as well as homes we would have never thought of on our own. I am 80 years old, and at this age, it is difficult to sell a house where you've lived since 1972....then to sell your car and move from Florida to Tennessee to live with your daughter. My daughter put an ad on Zillow to sell my house. Kevin Welland sent me a letter asking to sell my house for me. I called him, and when he came to talk to me, I felt right away that I could trust him. He is a gentleman who really cares about people--he wants to help. He is a registered nurse, and his kindness shows in what he says and does. He called my daughter and reassured her that he wanted to help. He sold the house in the time I gave him--came to help with the move--and took me to the closing and to a motel to spend the night before my 6:15 AM flight to Tennessee. Then he called my daughter and said such nice things about me that she and I were both touched by his kindness. If I could give him six stars, I would!
