Let me start off by saying Marlin is the best real estate agent I ever worked with, and this is the 4th house I have sold. He is extremely detail-oriented and very knowledgeable. He told me what to expect right off the bat, and worked up very good comps to help me set a sales price that we were comfortable would sell within a month or so. He instructed me on what I should fix up right away before putting the house on the market in order to get the biggest bang for the buck. After completing those items in about 2 weeks, the house sold in three days, at the asking price. I could not have been happier. When the inspection report came out, Marlin himself offered to fix 2 of the 3 items, and did not charge me anything! How is that for impeccable service? Needless to say, I was delighted with Marlin, and will use him for every real estate sale or purchase from now on.
