We love Marlin and were so blessed to come into contact with him. We met him at a house he was listing, knowing we were thinking about moving soon and wanting a realtor familiar with our area, but not realizing we’d meet him and come to understand HE’D be the realtor we would want! His experience in so many areas of real estate, appraisal, and general know-how when it comes to homes was exactly what we needed. I truly feel like he went above and beyond what I expected from a realtor, giving us step by step instructions on how to do things or even assisting in that process. His communication was always clear and practical and we built a good a relationship during the process of selling our home and buying the next one (all within 48 hours). We live in the New Tampa area and I wholeheartedly recommend him for the selling and buying aspects, as well as home prep (getting your house ready to list), understanding the appraisal process and coming to the table to close with a complete understanding of all the paperwork you must sign.

I would like to start this review by thanking Marlin for extraordinary effort in selling my Dad's condo. He went above and beyond in completing the sale. I will explain. My Dad's condo was a part of his estate and I thought the sale would be an easy one. Boy was I Wrong. The inspection uncovered water intrusion and the buyer wanted assurances it would be repaired prior to closing. The HOA believed the problem was not theirs and Marlin was certain it was their problem. Marlin has extensive knowledge on building codes and made arrangements to get two additional inspections confirming the water intrusion problem originated on the outside of the building. He worked with the HOA and was able to prove to them the problem was indeed theirs to resolve. Marlin is without question, a great agent. He kept me up to date on developments throughout the process. He is a very hard worker and dedicated to his craft. So if you are looking for someone to list your property, you can not do better than Marlin. Thanks again for your help Marlin.
