Marlin was a great fit for us. We sold our property while living in another state so it was very important to have easy, clear communication, he definitely provided that. He was very well informed on the area and set realistic expectations in pricing and timelines, and went above & beyond in helping us ready the property for sale. Very͏ knowledgeable From day one, Marlin has not only showed us the houses, but also drove us around the neighborhood, explained the area, the house - why it was good and why not. This information was invaluable since we moved from Illinois and know nothing about the area and how the houses are built. Marlin was also very responsive and answered all my questions in a timely manner. I would definitely look for him again if I had to Zell or buy a new house.
