I had Marlin as my agent to represent myself to buy a property in Tampa Bay Area. He's very professional and super responsive, to be there for me whenever I needed help no matter if it was during his office hours, off hours or weekends. He worked hard to help me go thru a lengthy process. Overall, he is a great agent that I'd highly recommend to everyone who has a need to buy a house. We came about her name by accident, but she tried very hard to find a house for us that we now call home. She was very positive about finding us the right property on 8106 Moccasin trail drive in Riverview. The property is located in a nice neighborhood on a tree lined street. We are in the process in making some changes and already met some very friendly neighbors. We hope and pray that this will be our forever home, because we are done moving !
