I recently had a need to dispose of a property in Florida, while living 1300 miles away. I did not have the option to personally travel south. I asked HOA personnel for information about local realtors who may have had experience in the neighborhood. Joe's name came up, and after some on line and individual research, I contacted Joe. I found he and his associates were well versed in the local market, up to date on offerings and values. He quickly and effectively had the property on the market and seeing traffic. The most important aspect of my relationship with Joe was the amount of communication which he initiated. I was constantly informed of, and received feedback from showings, status and availability of similar units on the market,and general sales activity in the community. I felt I always knew what was going on. Contact with me was not the only communication strength. He consistently stayed involved in the whole process, helping me deal with attorneys, title company, HOA and local contractors when minor issues popped up, or information was needed to be shared.
