Buying a house has been a goal of mine for a while now. Once I teamed up with Keren, I achieved this long term goal in 30-45 days with her help. No exaggeration. I put my trust in her and she delivered. She made the process easy and quick. I was getting loan approvals left and right which was wonderful because it gives the buyer the power to choose because you have options. She also sent a massive list of houses being sold by owners. She’s there every step of the way to answer questions or get you to the person that needs to answer the question. She was in a group chat with me and the sales person of the home builder which made me feel super comfortable. She traveled from Tampa to Winter Haven for me. 4 months later, if I have questions she’s still there to assist and point me in the right direction. To top off the amazing customer service she provided, she was knowledgeable and professional. She thinks of the questions you may not know to ask as the buyer especially first time home buyers. I got an amazing price for my home and an even better apr rate in this crazy market. That was all because I was able to be upfront and honest and Keren did the foot work to get me where I needed to be.
