What I appreciated most about Renee was that she didn't blink an eye when I told her how much I wanted for my property, which was quite a bit more than a "comp" would have shown. I had a pool installed the previous year that cost me in excess of $90,000, which I needed to recoup. My house was listed on MLS on January 2, 2024. Renee had an Open House every weekend, and a purchase contract was received on January 26, 2024, sooner than I expected. Renee is personable, energetic and obviously a good sales person.
