Purchasing real estate these days is extremely more difficult than transactions my wife and I have done in the past. Thanks to ever increasing rules, regulations and paperwork the need for an experienced, knowledgeable, hard working real estate professional is essential. Tricia was that and more as we negotiated a time sensitive purchase. We battled the incompetence of- the bank we were purchasing the home from, the mortgage company and the title company. ( the lowest point being when the mortgage company requested my wife's death certificate!- she is very much alive and I love her and was not willing to comply). Kim Blue was the listing agent on the house we wanted to see. During the showing Kim's knowledge, responsiveness and integrity were what drew us to her. We ended up purchasing the house Kim showed us but if we did not we would still have asked Kim to be our buyers agent. Kim's performance so far has been exemplary. We still have the transfer of possession but with Kim Blue I suspect it will go as well as the rest of this process has. I recommend Kim Blue to my family, friends and coworkers.

Marcus has been amazing through this whole process. He came to the first meeting well prepared and organized. He is always very well put together and professional. Stacy is an amazing Realtor. Far and away the best Realtor we've ever worked with (eight-time home buyers, four-time sellers). She really dug very deep to understand our needs as out-of-state buyers relocating to Florida for work and immediately understood what we were looking for. She previewed several properties for us and guided us to those that we *needed* to see, and presented options on others that might have been of interest. Her intuitions were dead on, and we felt quite comfortable with her recommendations for properties we needed to tour because she had plenty of analysis behind her suggestions. The fact that she had previewed the properties herself assured us that we wouldn't be wasting our limited property viewing time on longshots.<br/><br/>In the end, we felt comfortable purchasing a property sight unseen because it had come onto the market *after* our lone scouting trip to Tampa but Stacy had viewed the property herself and sent us plenty of pics, videos, and analysis so that we knew as much about the property as we could before making an offer (side note: love the house!).
