Extremely pleasurable to work with. She was extremely patient in my home buying search. Very knowledgeable about the area, and knew exactly what homes I would love. Extremely accommodating to my schedule there wasn't a day or time that she would not try to be flexible with my schedule. I definitely found my dream home and I couldn't be happier. Would highly recommend, she made the home buying process fun and exciting!!!

Had experience with both property management for 3 years and successfully selling a single unit home recently. Had great experience with the property management aspect - all issues taken care of quickly and efficiently. Selling of the home was tricky and Beach Access Realty provided excellent service, ideas and flexibility - with the ultimate goal realized - selling of the home fairly quickly.

Beach Access Realty was terrific in helping us to buy our house. Extremely helpful and worked with the seller to make sure we could obtain this residence.

My husband and I were all over the map with what we wanted and in what area we wanted to reside. She showed us all the areas we were interested in. Showed us what we could get for the price we were looking for. She then narrowed the field for us and we are very happy. My husband and I had different ideas about what type of home we wanted. Through compromise and understanding we are both extremely happy with what we purchased and how much Amy Soto helped us get there in the short amount of time we had to purchase a home.
