I tried to do a lot of things on my own, it was not happening. 1) for over two months, I had called and talked to many company to get the repairs and cleaning needed for rent. Then it got to frustrating. So decided to sell. Still took me another two months of looking, and got nowhere. Finally reached out to Iván, and he got the people to do it at the budgeting price. 2) The HOA sent a letter about structural engineering on the unit. Again. I tried to fixed it myself, and it went in circles. No helped from the association or from any of the board members. When an official buyer was available, then I told Iván the HOA issue. Had to get Iván’s help. First looked into hiring lawyers. But none of them seems to be the right thing to do. Then Iván found an engineering company that was able to helped. Iván was emotionally supportive, when I was at my wits end, a few times, with HOA and the association. There were buyer’s issues with the buyer’s realtor, home inspectors, and something with VA and condominiums. Realtor stuff. Iván kept me in form, and aware of the process. But business as usual, calm and cool. Thankfully the first buyer backed out. We could have made them responsible for after contract cancellation, but Iván’s true character came out - showing kindness. We decided it was best to let it go. With the second buyer on the table. It closed so easily and quickly. Iván was compassionate and professional to me and to others around him. Which is a extremely rare traits to see, now a days. He does have access to many resources. He is THE one I turn to for all my realtor needs.

From the moment I hired him he was on my side making sure that I had the best available information and best available properties. Nothing was rushed everything was easy and smooth.

Ivan helped us buy our home in a high demand area of Hyde Park. He was very responsive with a list of homes in our price range and setup appointments quickly to view homes. When we found the house we wanted, he negotiated the purchase price for less than the listing price. He also connected us to all the resources we needed to close in a timely manner and save money (mortgage broker, insurance, home inspections, etc.). We were so happy with his attention to detail that we listed the house we were moving out of with him. He helped us sell that home for much more than we imagine we could.
