When we found the house we wanted, he negotiated the purchase price for less than the listing price. He also connected us to all the resources we needed to close in a timely manner and save money (mortgage broker, insurance, home inspections, etc.). We were so happy with his attention to details that we listed the house we were moving out of with him.
