To get straight to the point I highly recommend using Ryan Yamini. I was previously working with another real estate agent who took over a week to respond to my texts which was ridiculous. After that terrible experience I was very hesistant about using another realtor and thought I'd just find a house on my own. I met Ryan when looking at one of the houses I found and he even got me into see another house the same day. Even though I was hesitant and highly skeptical he talked me into seeing more houses together, which turned into the best decision. He responds almost instantly to any text, call, or email. There were times I sent him houses I was interested in late at night while browsing thinking he would answer by the next day and he would literally email me back ten minutes later with his thoughts or asking when we can schedule them. He went above and beyond when working around my work schedule and made sure we got in to see houses I was interested in. He is incredibly knowledgeable and gave awesome suggestions and advice without being pushy or pressuring me into buying a house. We ended up finding the perfect house within a month of searching! It's honestly true that buying a house is the most stressful thing you'll do but truly Ryan is the only person I haven't been screwed over by in this process. I hate writing reviews but he deserves to be recognized for all the time and effort he put in.
