I have had experience with another realtor and she was good but Melissa is GREAT! My husband and I found a house, put an offer in, and closed on the house in only 7ish weeks. She kept us up to date on anything we needed to supply the loan company and replies very fast to any of your texts. Not to mention she is an expert in this field and is not only a relator for people buying homes but it also an agent for those selling their homes so she is knowledgable about both sides of home investments! You will not regret choosing her and I don't say that lightly. You have to really impress me to leave an amazing review and she definitely deserves the business because she is that good!

Michelle popped into our lives when we were in a desperate need to move and came highly recommended by a close friend. We called her and told her we needed to buy in 30 days, only problem was, my husband and I had been at war over location. Michelle took us all around the map, from Winter Park, to Oviedo, to Longwood and Maitland. She was available to us day and night and set up showings within the hour. While we were somewhat frantic and my husband and I at odds with one another, Michelle was our optimistic leader, our expert and therapist. After touring Central Florida for a little over 30 days, we settled on the location and then the house. Our first offer was flat out denied, but she kept communication with the sellers and Michelle quickly negotiated and ultimately closed the deal for us. Michelle is a pro and pure joy to be around. We had such a great time with her and would 100% recommend scooping her up!

I had lived in my home for 25 years and never sold a home (it needed some TLC). Mari Colgan was recommended to be my listing agent. Mari was excellent in following my needs in getting my house sold. Met with Mari to go over pricing based on area comps, age, and condition of my home. We both tended to click on price expectations. Listing with photos were posted on the timeline I requested. New photos posted after I downsized the clutter and did some staging. Showings were held while not disturbing my day-to-day future moving preparations. Open house was held. I was visiting out back next door. Couldn’t tell you if Mari has a fear or not but she certainly didn’t stumble or stammer as a garden snake made a crossing on the pathway while Mari was escorting clients to the backyard. Just heard Mari calmly state “oh yes and this is a snake”. Any and all buyer questions were dealt with by Mari. Mari’s upbeat and happy personality were an asset for both myself and the buyer. I recently worked with Ryan to list a property for sale after dealing with another realtor who did not meet our initial expectations and was extremely satisfied with the entire process! First, Ryan was accommodating with his schedule in order to meet me at the property during the limited time I was in town/available. During this visit, Ryan was able to provide great feedback on issues that would need to be addressed in order to maximize the value while selling quickly. Second, Communication was important to me as I was located out of state and Ryan did a great job setting expectations and providing updates that I rarely had to initiate contact, however when I did the responses were very timely. Third, Ryan provided a very throughout CMA/Comparative Market Analysis that was in line with my expectations. Based on this CMA (Along with a great description and photos) we were able to set a price that led to a quick sale.
