I had lived in my home for 25 years and never sold a home (it needed some TLC). Mari Colgan was recommended to be my listing agent. Mari was excellent in following my needs in getting my house sold. Met with Mari to go over pricing based on area comps, age, and condition of my home. We both tended to click on price expectations. Listing with photos were posted on the timeline I requested. New photos posted after I downsized the clutter and did some staging. Showings were held while not disturbing my day-to-day future moving preparations. Open house was held. I was visiting out back next door. Couldn’t tell you if Mari has a fear or not but she certainly didn’t stumble or stammer as a garden snake made a crossing on the pathway while Mari was escorting clients to the backyard. Just heard Mari calmly state “oh yes and this is a snake”. Any and all buyer questions were dealt with by Mari. Mari’s upbeat and happy personality were an asset for both myself and the buyer.
