Although still going through the process (almost at the end), she has been with me every step of the way..even while traveling. She has consistently gone above and beyond the call of duty. As a condition of my loan...I needed to sell my car. Within three days of receiving that news, she was able to locate a buyer for me and kept the deal moving. She worked hand-in-hand with all of the other members of my team and made sure that information was provided timely. I would never hesitate to recommend her to anyone that was in the market to purchase a home. She is an amazing person, and although I have written this review, words truly can not express my gratitude.

Hi my name is Teresa, and my experience with Mrs. Grant was amazing, everything went smoothly, if I had known it was going to be this easy I would have purchased a home a long time ago. Mrs. Grant and the lender stay in touch with me every step of the way. Thank you Mrs. Grant for experiencing the American dream!!!!

I have introduced Mr. Wagner Ferreira to my family. My Grandson would be buying one condo in FL too. I have advised him to contact with Mr. Ferreira and give him the criteria of purchasing a property in Florida. Mr. Wagner Ferreira's willingness to work with us. Understanding our requirements was superb. Explain to us in plain English the 'contracts' and the 'Closing'. It was just a great experience. Everything went so smooth. We have already recommended Mr. Ferreira among our friends and relatives who are thinking to buy a property in Florida. Our Grandson will be buying one condo this year. He already have contacted Wagner Ferreira.

Kim was a great advocate for us during the selling process. We ended up using Kim on multiple occasions in the last 2 years. She's very responsive and made the whole process easy on us.

Kim was very diligent and worked with us through every obstacle we had selling our house. This was a very long and stressful process for all of us considering it took much longer than expected. Kim was extremely helpful in discovering other options and strategies in order to get the house sold as quickly as possible. She was also kind, polite and had a positive attitude throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend Kim to others looking to sell or buy a house. She can make any difficult situation become easy and will adapt to any circumstances you may have.

We worked with Kim on selling our previous home so we were more than happy to work with her again on our new purchase. I was very satisfied with Kim’s performance in making this purchase happen. We ran into quite a few obstacles and Kim was there to work with us through everything. We will definitely be recommending her to other buyers.
