I was looking for a second home in FL where my sister could rent. I live in NJ and couldn't be there and Stephen was a great help to my sister. He showed a number of houses to her until we finally found a house we liked. Because I couldn't be there Stephen was with me every step of the way and made sure I had all the info I needed and answered all questions I had promptly. He also helped with everything I needed on my end which included communicating with my lender and financial adviser. He has a great personality and is very patient. I highly recommend Stephen to anyone needing a realtor and would definitely use him again if needed in the future.

What I liked the most about our experience with Steven was how quickly he responded to our requests for viewing home. Stephen Novak was a great help when we purchased a house in Plant City. He first showed us the house, then worked many hours to help us negotiate with the Sellers. Even when it looked like we may not get the purchase he was searching for other houses that he thought we might like. Stephen helped give us additional contacts and options for funding and insurance so that we could have different quotes to fit our needs. Stephen stayed in contact all the way up to and past closing.
