Inna is the best! We live in Michigan and bought a house in Florida. Most of the work needed to be done remotely. We initially contacted 7 realtors for property, but it quickly became apparent that only Inna had the skills and determination to get the job done. After the first few days we only worked with Inna and we are very glad we did. Over the 9 months we worked together, she found dozens of potential properties and helped us understand the type of property we really wanted. We changed from a condo to a manufactured house and finally purchased a great house at a great price. She helped us through the Covid restrictions, working remotely, finding places that accept large dogs, and even a house that the seller pulled off the market more than one month after they accepted our offer. Inna had great patience and determination during the entire process and we now have our retirement house.

Stephen was very responsive and went out of his way to accomodate my schedule for viewing homes. He was knowledgeable and easy going. I never felt pressured and always received answers to my questions. I had issues with the lender I was initially working with and Stephen provided a great alternative. Stephen coordinated the whole process for me. He negotialted with the seller to provide the necessary repairs and made sure my home was ready on the day of closing.

When I tell you I refer ANYONE looking to buy or sell to her, it’s because her attention to detail, response time, and genuine care for her buyers/sellers is unmatched, I genuinely mean it. She always had our best interest at the forefront and ultimately, got us a great deal on our home. Her gift to us as buyers had me in tears and we always feel so grateful to her as I sit here, five years later, in my home that she helped us acquire.
