Stephen is AMAZING he always made himself available and had the answers to every question I could possibly come up with no matter the time of day. He took us to see probably 30 different houses and stayed on top when we put offers in. He is honest and will tell you what you need to hear. I would recommend him to anyone who needed to buy or sell a house. He made us completely comfortable when we finally made a decision on our first home. He always showed up for us and I would again, recommend him to absolutely anyone who needed a house.

Inna was an absolute superstar in my eyes on assisting with the purchase of our new home. In a matter of 2/3 days she was able to organize the showing of the property, offer to owners, lining up the contact for financing as well as insurance. All this in a span of days and getting us under contract before we headed back home (Were in Florida only for a week). Had it not been for her super efficiency we would not have been able to get it done. If I could give more stars I would definitely would!!!

I contacted LIVE FLORIDA REALTY to request a fair market evaluation of a duplex that I was interested in selling. Kristen made contact by text and phone and quickly provided me a market analysis. I listed the property and Kristen coordinated everything to prepare for the sale. There were tenants still in the duplex and Kristen contacted them and made appointments for pictures, buyer walk throughs and any other inspections requested. With Kristen's network of potential buyers the property had a contract pending before it was even posted on MLS. Full price cash offer! I finally found a home after 9 mos. of searching, signing up contracts (7 or 8 contracts) but failed. It was too stressful and frustrating since, I live in another state, I almost gave up on it but not Kristen, she supported me all the time.
