About Terry

As a resident of Central Florida for over 40 years, I have been involved in both real estate and home financing most of my life. As a mortgage loan officer, I have a good feel for what it takes to make your home purchase a reality. As a real estate agent, I know how to find you the right home at the right price. What most probably don’t realize is the importance of having someone who knows both sides of the business. There are many details that are important to know regarding the financing and the negotiating of the home that work hand in hand. When listing your home, properly pricing your home is also key to keeping the days on market to a minimum which will in turn optimize the offers you receive. With all this said, I would simply love the opportunity to assist with your real estate and mortgage needs. Know that communication is key when I work with my customers. Always Helpful and Cares for His Clients

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Terry to both buy a house and sell as well. My parents worked with him to refinance and was recommended to them by a family friend. In my experience and my parents experience with Terry, he was extremely helpful and caring. Patient, thorough, and equal.

This is my second time working with Terry as a buy and a seller. He really covers all bases makes sure you understand what’s going on.Has an open line of communication with any party involved. It’s a tough market right now and Terry really put in the work which I can’t appreciate enough. 100/10 recommend
