Shannon was wonderful to work with. She had wonderful knowledge of the area, pointing us in a few neighborhoods we didn't know existed. She was a great communicator who even when she wasn't available had someone waiting in the wings to help us out. She would often point things out in homes (good and bad) that we often didn't notice. Shannon was on top of the contractual process making sure nothing fell through the cracks along the way ensuring a smooth closing.

It's been one year since I met Brooke quite coincidentally. I was looking to buy a home out of the state I was living in called a realtor to see a house and met Brooke. The house was not "it" and we had limited time to spend on our trips before having to return home. Brooke was diligent in finding homes for us to see and it was not long that Brooke spotted the home we made an offer on. After the offer was excepted I was talking to a friend a realtor in yet another state she told me that I had a certain amount of time to accomplish this and that. She made me very concerned as moving to a new state I had no connections. I called Brooke she was calm and cheerful and let me know that everything had been put in motion and was being accomplished I had nothing to be concerned about. Even though all this transpired through the Christmas season the transaction was smooth quick and the keys were in my hand. So what should I say about Brooke as a business partner she was bright diligent got the information she needed from her experts she got the wheels rolling and the deal done. She's a winner. This is not my first review, or dealings with Shannon. Hey, maybe it won’t be my last! Shannon is the most hardworking, no nonsense, informed, truthful (that’s a biggie for me) realtor around. The most recent need for Shannons expertise was the sale of a rental property that our tenants left…less than desirable. Shannon spoke with us about all possible avenues and their probable outcomes, which influenced how we proceeded with the property. End result, we sold quick and came out on top. Our transactions are seamless, as a result of her due diligence. I would recommend Shannon a million times over, and appreciate all of the work she’s always done for us.
