We could not recommend Shannon enough. In 2017, she helped with purchasing our first home in the Back Mountain area. In 2019, she began searching for an investment property for us. The process went quickly and smoothly with Shannon’s guidance, as there were multiple offers on one of the first properties we saw. Shannon assisted us in making an aggressive yet appropriate offer, which ultimately was accepted. In the summer of 2020, Shannon began another search for an investment property for us. With COVID and the housing market surge, she offered suggestions regarding different considerations and worked on solidifying requests and expectations. She had good ideas about how make a home better and what changes would really be worth the money and why. She was also a great resource for local contractors and providers which has been a huge help to us not being from the area originally and not knowing where to start.
