As buyers moving back to the area from out-of-state with a specific timeline, we were stressed about what the market would be like and how we would navigate this process from afar. Tracy made all of that simple with excellent communication and found our family a home that met all of our needs. She was incredibly responsive through texts, calls, and emails despite being in a different time zone, and helped us every step of the way. You could not ask for a better agent. From the very beginning of meeting with Deb and valuing the home, through the many hurdles we faced in making the home marketable and the curveball we were thrown days before our scheduled closing, Deb was at our side the whole time. The communication with us was excellent; always calling us back promptly when we had questions. She went above and beyond our expectations as a realtor and clearly explained the pros and cons of each situation that arose and helped us to make an informed decision. If we were allowed to add more stars to the rating we would. You can not go wrong with having Deborah represent you as a seller or a buyer.
