Erika knew her stuff. I was sellingmmy home to move to assisted living and just wanted the experience over with. She walked me through the process,suggesting a workable price. After a couple of early offers, I was read to reduce the asking price, but she convinced me to wait until it had been fully listed. This worked because I got an offer of my asking price, and just finished the sale a little over a month after I called her. I waent with Lepi because of their reputation and got Erika. SHE WAS GREAT!
