Pam Dean did an excellent job assisting us in the search for our new home in Victoria Gardens. Her extensive knowledge of the DeLand area was especially helpful as we were living 100 miles away and not familiar with DeLand. She scheduled our viewings around our availability and even sent us helpful video previews to save time and expose us to various neighborhoods and opportunities. When viewing homes, Pam never pressured us as she tactfully pointed out both positive and less than positive features. She always was responsive to our questions, texts, emails, and calls and we found her knowledge base to be extensive. We highly recommend her. Pam was very prompt with replying to my request for a showing of a condo I was interested in. She also came well prepared with other listings in the area, as well, that were comparable in price. Pam was very patient and knowledgeable with the many questions I threw her way and was there every step of the way during the process of purchasing my home. She connected me with an amazing loan officer... she even recommended a painter, when asked if she knew of anyone, who did a fantastic job! As mentioned above, Pam went above and beyond her duties so much so, she even had her maintenance man repair and replace some minor issues in the home, which made my move less stressful. I would highly recommend Pam Dean as your real estate agent. Oh, she even has positive and outgoing personality!

Pam Dean was a pleasure to work with. She is an experienced Realtor who will go the extra mile to get your property sold. There were numerous times when Pam went above and beyond. As an out-of-state property owners, she scheduled maintenance work for us, met workers at the house, even painted a fixture and lined the kitchen cabinets herself! This is great customer service. Pam was very responsive, returning calls, emails and texts promptly and professionally. As our seller's agent, she always had our best interest in mind. Despite an unusually long closing due to issues with the buyers' lender, Pam remained calm and steadfast, doing whatever necessary to close the deal. We were very pleased with Pam's work and would happily work with her again as our Realtor.

Linda put the for sale sign on the lawn on a Saturday morning. The following Friday I had 2 potential buyers. One of them was the one. Linda had to deal with me from overseas.
