She advised us to wait to buy last year because the market would probably be better this year for a buyer! She was right and found the house we wanted. She was very professional and practical, always staying in contact and updating us. She is very polite. She outlined steps needed to get water and electricity. We are out of state buyers. She also referred us to home, auto, and health insurance companies. Very positive experience. We have purchased several homes over the years, Pam's service was extraordinary. Pam has become a friend!
