Heather was amazing every step of the way! She is extremely knowledgeable about real estate transactions, intuitive and a great listener! She went above and beyond to answer questions, help us stage the home and make decisions during negotiations. She is responsive and so fun to work with!

We had an excellent experience working with Marla Jean finding our new home. Her professionalism, integrity and hard work ethics are very much appreciated and respected. We could not have done it without her. She was a joy to work with.

Jill was amazing! She was so professional and definitely knows what she’s doing. She told me what I needed to do to get my house ready and staged it with her own decor. Without her help, I would never had received the offers I did. She listened to what my concerns were about selling my house and what I needed. She answered all my questions. I would highly recommend Jill to anyone selling their home.

My realtor knows the Twin Cities market very well. One conversation with her followed by one visit to one condo that was exactly what I wanted resulted in an offer. As of yesterday I own that condo and am eager to move back to MN!

I was just going to write you a glowing report of Emily Leach. She was fabulous over and over again, plus always upbeat and positive. She really advocated for me when we hit a couple of bumps in the road. Now all is good and I hope to close on my new condo in two weeks. She was great. Recommend her to everyone. Thank you Sue

Val's knowledge of her market area combined with her experience in real estate made her a wonderful person to partner with in the search for our new home! We are new to the Minneapolis area and really needed guidance. She was honest, upfront and relentless on our behalf in the search. She was a wealth of knowledge and quality resources that made the process of finding a new home in this crazy market fun! She was communicative, kept the momentum going when we started to wain and once we found a house she walked us through the steps of closing. Val's not only extremely competent, she's a great person to be around! I would recommend Val to anyone!
