Kim Ramsey was our Realtor!! She was the BEST in every way. We were selling an older Rental home that we have had for 45 years. She was understanding and positive in our concerns for the home and finding a buyer. I would highly recommend her over any Realtor!!

Our agent, Kimberly Ramsey, was a pleasure to work with! She gave excellent guidance and was tenacious in communicating with seller's agent, getting answers to our questions, and made it clear that she was available to us at any time. She kept close contact with lender reps to make sure deadlines were met in time for our scheduled closing and was attentive to matters that we didn't know to look for or ask about. She truly made our buying experience pleasant and seamless, and I would highly recommend her to anyone--buyer or seller.

My real estate agent was extremely helpful and professional. She made my home buying process easy and less stressful. I highly recommend Lake Norman Realty when searching for a home in this competitive housing market.
