Debbie M and Lisa L were very easy to work with. Both had ample patience in dealing with us.

Jenny did a fantastic job throughout our whole house search. She went above and beyond making sure we got exactly what we wanted in a house and also was extremely helpful in the selling of our old home.

Debbie Monroe is the best in the business. She goes above and beyond for her clients. She helps you every step of the way. I have referred her to several friends.

Jenny is a fantastic realtor. Her appraisal of the property before listing was accurate. She guided what renovations were necessary. She helped with staging. She was very involved during the selling process. Listing to contract was 8 days! She always had our interest at heart!

Jenny is everything that you’d want in a realtor and the absolute best we have ever worked with. I feel so lucky that Jenny answered the phone when I called Lake Norman Realty - over the last couple of months, she’s been right by our side, helping us to buy a new home and sell our old home. Her tagline is “Hustle and Heart realtor” and that describes her approach perfectly. She’s competent, direct, and willing to role up her sleeves and do whatever it takes to make sure you’re supported. At the same time, she’s communicative and kind. I felt confident that she would get the job done (and done well!) throughout both the buying and selling process and would highly recommend her to anyone in the greater Charlotte area.

Lisa Toohey knocked it out of the park! We were coming in to NC for one day to look at houses to relocate in the lake Norman area. She set up a full day of appointments knowing that our time was limited. The last house we saw was the winner! Being out of state was a challenge, Lisa went above and beyond for us. So glad she answered the phone when she did. You want someone to stand in your corner, give Lisa Toohey a call!

Although I was in the customer service industry for over 45 years I feel I am qualified to evaluate customer service. Kim, is the exception to the rule!!!

Gary was so knowledgeable and helpful. He explained all of the steps and details along the way. We were always informed. We have worked with Gary selling two homes and purchasing one home. He will always be our preferred realtor.

We were so lucky to have someone as helpful as Gary! He made buying our first house easy. Anytime that we wanted to see a house or find out more information, Gary was quick to schedule a tour or reach out to the selling agent. I have already shared Gary's name with family moving to the area- I will continue to recommend him to anyone I know!

Kim was terrific. She managed my property for 15 years so it was a pleasure dealing with her as my realtor.
