Syed is the magician ! I don't think I would of purchase anything without him. The guy knows how to pull something out of the bag. This time is an apartment that wasn't even listed on the MLS. He Found an owners listing agent and owners listing agent able to get owner of the apartment. Price negotiated with an owner through listing agent and after 5 month of the negotiation and mortgage approval I got an apartment. Getting a Mortgage was another adventure in which Syed helped by convincing listing agent to extend a deadline. Not to mention that particular building most of the purchases is CASH buyers. I called this guy literally every day for 5 month because I was worried, but Syed was calm and cool. We drove to like so many properties my head was spinning around, and I am a picky guy. I have taste and class. Ending was terrific. Got the property that worth at least $100,000 more next day I move in, than I paid, furnished with additional $15,000 KC fine furniture. Just get a suitcase and move in to the apartment. Thank you again Syed for the patience & perseverance in getting the deal done ! I am enjoying my view of the ocean every day at my 11 floor balcony. What a view !!! in 2 yrs next is a House at Royal Palm Beach (don't forget) as we continue buying off properties in Miami !

We recently worked with Syed to purchase a condo for our son who relocated to Florida for school.
