Our agent was very knowledgeable about the housing market, communication skills, customer services and many others. We were glad to have him as our agent. He explained everything that we needed to know before and after we bought our home. He was also a great resources as we needed help to fix or repair some of the items in the house. Syed was assigned to me by realtor.com so I didn’t have any previous knowledge of his effectiveness. I decided to take the risk and I am glad I did it. Syed was extremely patient with my requirements, understood my priorities clearly and worked for several months with us to find the place we wanted. He is smart, personable and eager to help with the process. During this time we visited several properties, bid unsuccessfully on some of them, but he never waived on his encouragement, always sure that the right place would come. Although I missed the summer window to sell my house and was caught with rising interest rates and a softening market Sandra continued to have open houses to allow prospective buyers an opportunity to check out my house. Ultimately a prospective buyer proffered an offer which I accepted. With a few small adjustments to the sale, it was sold on 12/19. Sandra was professional and kept me informed during the entire process and I would recommend her wholeheartedly.
