Vincent was amazing throughout our whole purchasing experience. He was very informative, helpful, and stayed on top of everything that we needed to get done. I have known Vince since I was in high school and even through my college years. Vince has always been a very standup individual and even a better realtor, which goes to show you how great of a person he truly is. Vince really knew the value of my home period, we all think it's worth more somehow and that thought clouds our minds and puts up barriers, in the end when you looked at offers and appraisal he was spot on. The home also needed some specific repairs and Vince worked with a home repair team that can fix anything needed to specifications and for a reasonable price a much needed service, it made everything seemless.

We felt bad having him all over town showing us houses to find the right pick for our family, but he did it and did not complain, make excuses or have a problem doing so! He even mapped out a schedule for viewing each property which made it more convenient for us. He was punctual at every visit and stayed professional the entire process. He was knowledgeable and explained next steps to us so we knew what to expect. We even had some complex issues arise towards the end but he stuck with us the whole process.
