From the time a representative from the Tricoli team came to our house we knew we were in good hands. He told us all about Keller Williams and how the Tricoli team works. He was very knowledgeable and certainly knew his business. We had no doubt that this was the perfect match for us. We signed the listing agreement that night. He told us what we should do with the house to get it ready for pictures. The photographer came a few days later and took pictures of inside the house, outside the house and pictures from above. They even went as far as to take pictures of the pool, playground and volley ball court. The house went on the market on a Friday and by monday we had several offers. The offer we chose was actually more than the listing price and was seen remotely from California. The inspection was done and we were ready to close. In closing I would recommend the tricoli team to everyone and can only thank them for selling our house.
