From the time a representative from the Tricoli team came to our house we knew we were in good hands. He was very knowledgeable and knew his business. He told us about Keller Williams and how the Tricoli team works. He showed us pictures of houses that were sold and what price range our house should go on the market for. At the end of the presentation we felt very comfortable with him and signed the listing agreement that night. He told us how we should get our house ready for pictures. The photographer came and took pictures inside and out and pictures were taken from above. They even took pictures of the swimming pool, playground and volley ball court. He said the best time to put the house on the market would be a Friday. By the time Monday came around we had several offers and all over the listing price. The pictures were so good that the house was sold to a family in California who only saw the house remotely. The inspection went easy and we were then ready for the closing. Everything was handled perfectly and we would recommend the Tricoli team to anyone selling a house. We can only thank them enough for how fast our house was sold.
